It Starts With a Visit to Your Property

Once you've booked your free quote, one of our sales team members will arrange a time to meet you at your home or project site. Seeing the property in person gives us a much better understanding of the space we're working with. We'll look at the size and layout of your yard, the surrounding areas and how your property is currently being used. This is also your opportunity to show us what you've been imagining.

You might already know the exact pool you want, or you might simply know that you'd love a pool and need some help figuring out everything else. Either is completely fine.

Finding the Right Pool for Your Space

We'll take you through the pools available within our range and discuss which sizes and styles could work best for your property. This is where we can talk about the things you've probably already been thinking about... pool shape, size, colour and overall style, as well as the practical considerations that may influence your options.

We'll also discuss where you'd like the pool positioned and whether that location works with the property. Sometimes the obvious position is the best one. Other times, looking at the yard in person reveals another option that may make better use of the available space.

Working Out What's Possible

Every property is different and there's quite a bit happening behind the scenes when determining whether and how a pool can be installed. During the site visit, we'll consider things such as property boundaries, easements, existing and proposed fencing, access and available space for machinery. We'll also look at how the pool shell could be brought onto the property, including potential crane access and how our excavation and construction equipment will get where it needs to go.

These details are important to establish early because they can influence everything from pool positioning to the installation itself.

Equipment, Pump Stations & The Practical Details

We'll also start working through the less glamorous (but very important) parts of your new pool. Where can the pump station and pool equipment be located? What filtration or sanitation system would you like? Are you considering heating? Would you like automated cleaning or other equipment upgrades? We'll talk you through the options available and help determine what makes sense for the way you plan to use your pool.

Now for the Fun Extras

This is also where you can start thinking beyond the standard pool. If you've seen one of our projects with a feature you love, tell us! Depending on your chosen pool and project, we can discuss additional features such as spa jets, custom sun pods, water features, lighting and other upgrades that can give the finished pool something a little extra.
